PDSC CE meeting sponsorships provide a forum for businesses to inform members of their valuable services and establish relationships with area dentists and practices.
Sponsorship funds enable PDSC to offer members stable dues, great speakers and affordable programs.
PDSC event sponsorships are a great marketing tool for industry vendors.
PDSC holds eight meetings per year and meets on the second Wednesday of the month from January to May and September to November.
We feature up to three sponsors per meeting but not from the same industry.

2026 Sponsorship Information

2026 Event Sponsorship Benefits - the Basics

Your company logo is included on the meeting announcements which are distributed to club members at least four times prior to the meeting.
Your logo and a link to your website are posted to the PDSC website during the event promotion period and for the remainder of the calendar year.
A sponsor table for your business and promotional materials.
Network with our members during our registration period and after the meeting.
The option to dine with us by registering at the member CE rate.
A list of the attendees after the meeting.
One-page promotion (.pdf file) can be sent to members during the promotional period and can be shared with a link on our website if you send them to us in advance. Take advantage of this great opportunity to promote your business further.
We limit sponsorships to three non-competing companies per CE program. We do not split sponsorships but we are open to suggestions for alternative sponsorships.
New in 2026 - Event sponsors will be featured in our post-meeting email to be sent to all members and guests.

2026 Rates & Additional Sponsorship Benefits

$400 Sponsorship

per meeting includes the 2026 benefits listed plus:

One company representative is invited to attend and join us for dinner at the member registration rate. Registrations are required. (As a non-profit, we make no profit on our event registrations. The fee covers our costs.)
One minute of microphone time at the beginning of the meeting to address the attendees.

$550 Sponsorship

per meeting includes the 2026 benefits listed plus:

Up to two company representatives are invited to attend and may join us for dinner at the member registration rate. Registrations are required for those who elect to dine with the members. (The fee covers our costs.)
Up to five (5) minutes of microphone time at the beginning of the meeting to address the attendees. This includes an MS-Powerpoint slide if you submit it to us in advance.
