PDSC CE meeting sponsorships provide a forum for businesses to inform members of their valuable services and establish relationships with area dentists and practices.
Sponsorship funds enable PDSC to offer members stable dues, great speakers and affordable programs.
PDSC event sponsorships are a great marketing tool for industry vendors.
We offer two sponsorship levels.

for dinner meetings from September through May (but not December).

2025 Sponsorships

The Pima Dental Study Club was formed in the mid-1970s by a group of Tucson area dentists as a forum to network, obtain continuing education (CE) credit hours and keep members informed on topics relevant to dentistry. In 2016, the club became a 501(c)(6) nonprofit educational organization. Today, we have nearly 100 members and offer eight substantive continuing education programs per year.

Sponsorships offer businesses a forum to inform members of their valuable services and establish relationships with practitioners and practices at our continuing education meetings. In 2024, our average attendance was over 40 dentists per meeting. Sponsorship funds enable PDSC to offer stable membership dues and affordable programs locally.

We invite you to become a 2025 event sponsor and are pleased to offer sponsorships at two levels.

We limit sponsorships to three non-competing companies per CE program.
We do not split sponsorships but we are open to suggestions for alternative sponsorships.

PDSC is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and Arizona corporation serves the dental community
by providing continuing education programs.

2025 Sponsorship Benefits

• Your company logo is included on the meeting announcements which are distributed to club members at least four times prior to the meeting.
• Your logo and a link to your website are posted to the PDSC website during the event promotion period and for the remainder of the calendar year.
• A sponsor table for your business and promotional materials.
• Network with our members during our registration period.
• The option to dine with us by registering at the member CE rate.
• A list of the attendees after the meeting.
• One-page promotion (.pdf file) can be sent to members during the promotional period and can be posted by a link to our website if you send them to us in advance.

$350 Sponsorship Level Benefits

$350 Sponsorship Level per meeting includes the benefits listed plus:

• One company representative is invited to attend and join us for dinner at the member registration rate. Reservations are required. (As a non-profit, we make no profit on our event registrations. The fee covers our costs.)
• One minute of microphone time at the beginning of the meeting to address the attendees.

$500 Sponsorship Level

Benefits

$500 Sponsorship Level per meeting includes the benefits listed plus:
Up to two company representatives are invited to attend and join us for dinner at the member registration rate. Reservations are required. (The fee covers our costs.)
Up to five (5) minutes of microphone time at the beginning of the meeting to address the attendees. This includes an MS-Powerpoint slide if you submit it to us in advance.
